Together with a strong team, you want to create modern, future-oriented quarters and actively shape Freiburg? Are you looking for a socially and ecologically sensible work you can do with? Then you will become part of the FSB and strengthen our team at the next time in full time! You work in the different operating areas of the Housing & Renting department in one of the decentralized tenant offices. You are responsible for the service-oriented care of the tenants in all matters relevant to the rent. You carry out new leases independently – from the acquisition of interests to the conclusion of the contract. To support working neighborhoods, take care of active complaint management. Your tasks also include the handling of moving management (e.g. renovation and new building developments) as well as the integration of new buildings into stock management. As part of the cooperation with residents' initiatives and other cooperation partners as well as urban offices, you take over correspondence and contact care. You work at events such as tenant meetings or working groups.

You have completed training for the real estate businessman (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification. You have first professional experience in real estate and Housing and basic knowledge of rental law. You are characterized by high commitment, flexibility and a pronounced customer and service orientation. Your appearance is friendly, self-confident and assertive. A communicative, independent and team-oriented way of working is obvious to you. Ideally, you bring good IT skills to MS-Office and Wodis Sigma.
