Sovereign application and further development of agile methods and tools of common agile frameworks in multidisciplinary teams Strengthening agile skills and mindsets in the teams Planning and implementation of agile events such as Sprint Planning, Cross Team Refinements and Plannings Creating and optimizing domain-internal processes to improve cooperation Support of teams in their delivery capacity, management of dependencies, solving impediments and escalation as needed Promoting transparency and effective communication flow within and between several teams as well as stakeholders in terms of work progress

Complete university studies, ideally with a focus on economics or IT, or comparable training Multiannual experience in the scaled environment as agile coach and in other roles such as Scrum Master, but also familiar with classic project management tasks High enforcement force paired with solution orientation Knowledge of systemic organizational development is advantageous A working method characterized by partnership, appreciation and enthusiasm and team spirit German language skills in word and writing We also welcome diverse educational backgrounds and work experiences.
