Ensuring the GXP and EHS conform to the operational readiness of the logistics equipment and the technical requirements for achieving the operational and cost targets within the logistics Conducting technical training of employees within the logistics departments and testing or Update standard work instructions (SOPs) with regard to technical issues Project management – and support as well as support for necessary process, device and system qualifications for logistics Implementation of legal and company-internal requirements for occupational, environmental and health protection within logistics Creating, updating and reviewing risk assessments in the logistics departments Implementation of instruction and training on EHS+S topics in logistics Regular monitoring of EHS+S key figures and design of processes to achieve EHS+S targets in all logistics departments Control and coordination of LEAN projects in the field of logistics Improving the Organisation in Logistics at Enterprise Excellence (EE) Issues through Vulnerability Analysis and Introduction of Measures to Eliminate Deficits Tracking the implementation of determined optimization potentials in logistics

Successfully completed training of a technical field Knowledge of GxP-compliant drug production and relevant legal requirements (AMG, AMWHV, MPG, GMP/GDP guidelines, ICH guidelines etc.) Experience in the field of occupational safety and environmental protection (ISO 14001, EMAS), ideally additional qualifications in the field of environmental management Experience in handling Six-Sigma methodology and other Lean methods Multiannual relevant professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry Good English knowledge of word and writing Good business knowledge Communicative & organizational skills, systematic working, resilience high sense of responsibility Careful and conscientious working Valid KFZ licence and willingness to use at our site in Falkensee.
