Employee of digital platforms with a focus on customer portal and online shop (m/w/d)

For our Service business unit, we are looking for an employee in a central interface function between our customers and our service. The machine park of our customers is digitally connected via our central customer platform mySwecon. Above all, telemetry data, for example in terms of operating hours or productivity of the machines, are determined and presented to our customers in a transparent manner for economic control. On the one hand, the main responsibility of this task is to analyze and make use of these data in order to develop recommendations for action for our proactive service as well as for our customers. On the other hand, it is about driving forward the further development of these digital services and our online shop as the first contact person in internal coordination and with external service providers and customers. Office headquarters is ideally our headquarters in ratings. A residence near a Swecon site in NRW (Monheim am Rhein, Bochum, Anröchte, Herford) or in the Hamburg, Hannover or Berlin area is also possible.
