We are looking for an e-commerce content & shop manager B2B (m/w/d) at the next possible time, which takes responsibility for the content care and further development of our WooCommerce shop. In this role, you actively shape the digital shopping experience of our customers – from product presentation to landing pages, and from data management to conversion optimization. As a Shop & Content Manager B2B, you are responsible for the care and further development of our WooCommerce shop. You keep product data, prices, media and content up-to-date, create and optimize product texts, landing pages and campaign content under SEO and conversion points, making it a user-friendly shop structure. Together with marketing, sales and category management, you develop promotions and product solutions, perform quality tests and analyze the shop performance.

With your attention to detail and feel for user experiences, you drive the continuous optimization of content, structure and processes. You make sure that our online shop is not only functional and reliable for customers from industry, crafts and logistics, but also convinces with clear structures, high-quality content and an optimal user experience – and thus makes our claim as a “director” also digitally experienceable.

These are your main tasks: Care & Development of our WooCommerce Shop Ensuring the topicality and functionality of all content (product data, categories, prices, media etc.) Content creation & optimization Creating and revising banners, product texts, category texts and landing pages under SEO and conversion points Conception and Implementation of Landingpages & Campaign Content In close cooperation with Marketing & Sales (e.g. for product matches, action pages) UX & Conversion Optimization Continuous development of user management and shop structure to increase customer satisfaction and retention Data management & product master data management Care and optimization of product data, attributes, images, downloads and additional information in WooCommerce and, if applicable, in the PIM/ERP system Interface work & cooperation with various departments Close coordination with marketing, category management, sales, customer service and logistics Testing & quality assurance performing functional tests for changes in the shop (e.g. after plugin updates or content adaptations) Monitoring & Reporting Analysis of shop performance and derivation of measures for optimization

Education: completed training or studies in e-commerce, marketing, media, Communication or comparable qualification

Experience: Experience in handling shop systems – The backend is not a foreign word for you and you feel at home (WooCommerce / WordPress advantage)

IT & Software Skills: Basic technical understanding for webshops, plugins, themes and interfaces First experience with tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Google Analytics, SEO tools, possibly Elementor or similar page builders Product data: Understanding product data management, online usability, user behavior and target audience approach

Language skills: Very good German in word and writing, other foreign languages of advantage

Soft skills: Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation High team capability and pronounced communication skills
