You're expecting

You get insights into various departments within Midas Pharma You help to expand our international customer and manufacturer network You support market evaluation of potential new sales areas for our company In a lively exchange with our subsidiaries, you help develop new business ideas With our training-on-the-job you develop skills in the areas of sales, communication and intercultural cooperation You travel with us to national and global B2B events, such as trade fairs and congresses We make you fit in dealing with the regulations in the pharmaceutical industry and our SOPs You get the opportunity to serve your own customers You calculate offers, support order processing and gain insights into our budget planning From the start, you use SalesCloud as a modern CRM tool to ensure seamless integration of all sales activities You support us in negotiating contracts with our international customers and manufacturing partners

B2B is your thing, and you've heard of Pharma before You have completed a natural or economic studies You are strong in presenting and communicating, can inspire, care and build relationships with our partners – we do not seek a one-dimensional sales manager You think entrepreneurial and have a strong customer and service orientation You are a convincing team player with high social and intercultural competence – please listen to your room stool! You are at least in German and English, both written and oral MS-Office, CRM and ERP are just the beginning for you - you are taking further steps in digitalization with us
