National QSHE Manager (m/f/d)

General responsibility for the QSHE area including leadership, development and capability of the national team Strategic and operational cooperation with customers and representation in QSHE concerns Central contact person for management and responsibility in crisis and escalation situations Management of Business Continuity, Crisis Management and Investigation of QSHE incidents incl. Action tracking Management of governance, consulting, monitoring and analysis according to global QSHE governance and Organizational Structure Ensuring the implementation of internal and external audits and monitoring of improvement measures Identification of synergies and potential for improvement between business and functional units Close cooperation with Corporate QSHE and participation in global QSHE initiatives and harmonisation projects

Complete technical, engineering or logistics studies or comparable professional experience Extensive professional and leadership experience in the QSHE environment Very good knowledge of relevant management systems (e.g. ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) and industry-specific standards Very good English skills in word and writing Sovereign appearance and pronounced communication and moderation capability at all levels combined with high trustworthiness High self-motivation for continuous improvement with high result, target and customer orientation Self-employed, structured and analytical work with a pronounced hand-on mentality
