Part-time customer service clerk with special tasks (m/w/d)

SSB stands for local transport, which moves all over Stuttgart and the region. This is our claim, but of course we have a lot to do – that's why we're looking for you with 30 hours a week to strengthen our team's marketing and sales customer service. In your role, you will process written customer requests by e-mail, in our social media channels and in the chat, in particular on sales topics such as subscription and ticket shop with the help of free texts or standardized text blocks. You clarify complex questions about Abos or the Ticketshop and always agree with e.g. the sales IT, the central system administration or the payment service provider. In case of ticket refunds, administrative tasks in general customer service and in case of questions concerning ticket machines, we rely on your proactive cooperation. Routinizes with your teammates: process manuals and evaluations, analyses and statistics in the CRM, ticket and backend system. You can also use your know-how to further develop customer service-relevant contact points, projects such as chat and voicebot, and the introduction and integration of CRM. Last but not least, you will perform tasks from other customer-oriented teams if required.

Your basis is a completed commercial training or a comparable qualification. This is ideally complemented by relevant professional practice in customer service and sales as well as in the field of evaluations, statistics and data analysis. In any case, you have very good user knowledge in a ticket system or in an ERP system and already experience in support of online purchasing processes and in IT system architecture. In dealing with MS Office, you are versed, especially with Excel, and already know you in carrying out complex data analyses. German and best of all English you master fluently, orally as in writing. IT system landscapes and digitalization topics are your passion.
