Manager Reinigung / Housekeeping (m/f/d)

You assume the overall responsibility for the Housekeeping & Cleaning area in a large-scale accommodation system You lead several team lines and coordinate the daily work of the entire cleaning team Analyzing Cleaning (m/w/d) Existing processes and optimize processes, deployment plans and resource use You ensure compliance with cleaning and hygiene standards, including HACCP requirements You actively contribute your expertise in quality management and improvement projects

You have completed training in a service, business or organizational area, e.g. in the hotel, facility management or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in professional building cleaning, housekeeping or hygiene management You bring well-founded expertise in cleaning, hygiene and HACCP You have already managed larger teams and have a strong organizational talent You work structured, solution-oriented and keep an overview even in dynamic situations You speak very well German and can control different team structures sovereignly
