Specialist Processes & Standards – Financial Project Controlling (m/f/d)

You analyze planning and controlling processes in the context of major projects, systematically identify potential for improvement and develop viable optimization approaches. Through the introduction of new processes and tools as well as the further development of existing processes and tools, you contribute significantly to improving efficiency and quality in financial project controlling. In addition, you analyze process dependencies and differences as well as interfaces between the operating project controlling for DC and AC projects, project control, purchasing, technology and IT. You model end-to-end processes (e.g. forecasting, budgeting, reporting) for DC and AC projects and optimize the processes with regard to efficiency, data quality and automation. By designing, developing and introducing digital solutions that make planning, reporting and control more efficient and transparent, you can also design the controlling tool and system landscape and ensure harmonisation between DC and AC projects. Reliablely accompany system tests, responsive rollout activities and perform training for users to ensure high acceptance and efficient use of tools. Your work results represent you to stakeholders and ensure the success of the identified measures through your clear, concise communication with team members, stakeholders and management.

You have a degree in the field of business management, economic engineering or a related area. Multiannual professional experience in carrying out process analyses and optimizations with the focus on “financial project controlling” will also help you. Also on your site: experience in the design, development and introduction of financial project controlling tools as well as understanding how technical requirements are translated into technical solutions. In addition to pronounced IT affinity (SAP, Excel, etc.), you have a good understanding of data models, KPIs and reporting structures and can assess how tools contribute to improving transparency, data quality and efficiency. You have a pronounced hand-on mentality and understand themselves as a macher maker.
