As Senior Manager Accounting Principles & External Reporting HGB (m/f/diverse) you will be contact for our various internal stakeholders mainly in Germany as well as our external auditors with respect to specific accounting issues focusing on HGB matters and HBI reporting. So you support the Senior Accounting Principles Manager in the overall setting and maintenance of the Accounting Guidelines for IFRS. Preparation of the accounting for specific parts of the Annual Report HB I and contact for internal contacts and external auditors Handling of Annual, Quarterly, Monthly and case-related accounting issues including coordination for required input Prepare and execute advise and direct internal stakeholders to act in compliance with German GAAP (HGB) as well as International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) for external reporting and apply basic accounting principles and guidelines internal Subject matter expert for complex accounting issues and technical consultant for other colleagues with focus on HGB Support of the Update of the Accounting Guidelines (Financial Reporting Manual) and Definition of Group Accounting Policies Continuous monitoring of accounting standards legal requirements or internal issues Support of implementation of new accounting standards. Collaboration with group auditors Provide trainings on Accounting issues Projects in projects

University degree in Economics with a focus on Finance and Accounting Profound professional experience at an accounting firm or in the financial and accounting department of an industrial company Certified Public Accountant (German Accountant) exam recommended several years of professional experience with the preparation of prejudice financial statements, preferably for a globally acting company Very profound knowledge of German GAAP (HGB) Project management experience preferred in the field of accounting (e.g. new IFRS implementation, compliance with regulatory standards etc.) Business fluent English and German language skills (written and spoken) Intercultural sensitivity and very good cross-culture communication and understanding Applications fromly handicapped people are welcome.
