Instead of decentralized lecturers, a central team is now working to significantly increase the quality, efficiency and reach of our initial and continuing training courses. In order to further strengthen this structure and to align the breadth training in a future-proof manner, we are looking for a team leadership that develops the new team and consistently expands our capacities for first-aid training and other life-saving measures.

In this central leadership role you take responsibility and actively shape the future of latitude training: Leadership & Team Development: Discipline of a small team Construction, development and management of a new team for the organisation and quality assurance of the training offers in the region Regional control & cooperation: Close cooperation with the department at federal level and with regional and diocesan management Advice on all training-relevant issues and implementation of nationwide standards in the region Strategy, Economy & Controlling: Development of a viable distribution strategy for latitude training Responsibility for budget planning, cost management and economic development Use of the control system including analysis of relevant key figures and derivation of necessary measures Representation of interests & networks: Presentation of latitude education to regional ministries, authorities and cooperation partners Active cooperation in regional and supra-regional bodies, committees and networks Building and maintaining strategic partnerships to strengthen training

You have completed professional training You bring very good MS Office application knowledge with You possess analytic thinking, very good numerical understanding for penetrating complex facts and an independent, efficient way of working Flexibility, loadability, readiness to use and learn as well as team skills and communication strength Identification with our values and objectives as a Christian service company
