As a Technology Consultant, you will address our SAP systems S/4 HANA, BW/4 HANA, Business Transformation Platform (BTP), Cloud Services (e.g. CALM) and Solution Manager You are responsible for configuring these systems and integrating the resystems. The configuration and support of deployment processes in S/4, SolMan and BTP/CALM are part of your daily business. You manage and optimize the associated databases. For system monitoring, you develop suitable instruments and are responsible for monitoring and performance analysis in the daily business. Self-optimizing the system performance. You keep your systems up-to-date and safe. Upgrades, backups and release changes, patches are among your work routines. System and client copies are part of your regular business. You ensure high availability. Critical disorders accompany you until you pick up, sometimes at night and at weekends. You know the contracts with external system operators, tax such service providers and are an expert:in an interdisciplinary team ''SAP Platform''.

A completed IT training/studies with corresponding professional experience You bring a broad technical understanding, joy in troubleshooting and a high degree of self-initiative. You have deep knowledge in the Oracle database environment, e.g. SQL, PL/SQL, SQL tuning (analyze execution plans, customize SQL profiles, etc.) Ideally, you have experience in the area of Metering Solutions (Robotron eCount) You have experience in processing 1st and 2nd Level Support requests. You develop PowerAutomate scripts to automate processes. A pronounced customer and service orientation is just as important to your strengths as your independent and careful operation. You should easily get in touch with people and build personal networks. We require empathy, sense of responsibility and resilience. You have knowledge of German and very good English (min. B2 level) and you like to work with international teams.
