Leads the customer and channel category agenda in the short and long term, leveraging category insights derived from multiple sources (e.g., retailer, shopper, and consumer trends; Nielsen, GfK, and other relevant insight providers. Leads customer category and occasion-based projects within a multidisciplinary team.
