In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for a financial advisor / Senior Associate (m/w/d) with a well-founded experience in Finance & Controlling as well as a high level of expertise in dealing with medium-sized companies. We look forward to your application. Creation of integrated financial planning, plan scenarios (liquidity & profitability) and numerical analyses incl. Construction or optimization of cost center and profit center calculations Support in improving accounting and controlling structures in clients Participation in bank discussions, coordination with tax advisors and other stakeholders Participation in Financial Due Diligence including analysis, evaluation and preparation of the company figures within the framework of M&A activities Implementation of online advice on financing, planning and controlling - both on specific issues and on ongoing projects Support and moderation of exchange groups

Successfully completed economic studies in finance, BWL, controlling, economics, or successfully completed training as a tax specialist, a banking businessman or a businessman or comparable qualification First professional experience in controlling, consulting, corporate finance or financial departments of medium-sized enterprises (e.g. in project controlling) Detection of forecasts, budgets, integrated financial planning, liquidity management and business analysis Very good knowledge in integrated financial planning, liquidity management and business analysis High communicative competence and willingness to operate on site at clients Joy in explaining complex topics in a comprehensible way and lectures or lectures To hold seminars Structured, analytical and independent project management German (min.
