EXPENDITURE

• Start-up and independent, professional operation of injection moulding machines and assembly systems
• Ensuring ongoing production and, if necessary, destroying the injection moulding machines and the associated periphery
• Machine cleaning and preparation of the necessary equipment for existing modifications
• Quality check of the manufactured plastic parts using common measuring and testing equipment, documentation of the respective processes
• Implementation of simple mechanical repairs
• Preparation of cartons and collecting containers for filling production

PROFIL

• Completion of technical training or comparable qualification
• ideally multi-year professional experience in injection molding or in the production of plastic parts
• well-founded knowledge and experience in the field of quality control / self-control
• Work in shift operation; Flexibility, loadability
• German knowledge of Word & Writing
• Work in various positions on the machines as well as lifting and carrying of usually 10 – 15 kg, separated from up to 25 kg weight
