Preparation and execution of inspections of complex systems with customer representatives according to specifications of technical device manuals / manufacturer documents Approval as authorised personnel for aviation equipment Auditing of the plant self-checking and planning and execution of product and process audits Planning and implementation of audits Initiation, evaluation and approval of the qualification of special processes When creating the process FMEA in the team, the role of Quality is perceived Creation and independent negotiation of quality reports Approval of the first sample test reports (FAI) after testing for completeness and plausibility Checking of the test planning (test cards, measurement protocols etc.) Support in implementing configuration management The Q perspective is represented in the integrated production teams Safeguarding preventive measures that can be identified from fault and damage analyses Representing the Q perspective in the integrated production teams Granting of approval for delivery with creation of the corresponding product-related certificates Development of decision-making templates on the above-mentioned topics, as well as introduction of corrective measures, action tracking and reporting Power to release and block products and processes Participation in findings and explanation of the results of the findings and the maintenance measures carried out in consultation with customer representatives Implementation and support of internal 8D processes

completed master or technician training Multiannual professional experience in quality testing preferably in the aviation or defence industry knowledge of air law of advantage Additional training for the Manager Quality Assurance (DGQ or the like) Q Methods 8D, Fault Tree Analysis, FMEA, 5M Lean Management or Six Sigma-KenntsExpressed Analytical Skills and A systematic Working Self-employed and solution-oriented operation, even under pressure Teamability and Conflictability with a determined but ready to compromise attitude very good German and English skills in word and writing (min. B2 level) Computer knowledge: SAP, MS Office

The remuneration is based on the collective agreement of the metal and electrical industry, Hamburg / coast. The gross annual fee is at the start of approximately €69.030,- with a weekly working time of 35 hours plus other special payments in accordance with the collective agreement. The entitlement to this varies depending on the duration of the service to the respective deadline.
