Bid Manager – IT Services (m/f/d)

You take responsibility for individual tendering processes from the internal kick-off meeting to the final conclusion of the contract. Ensure that internal scheduling is adhered to, offers are processed in a customer-specific manner and submitted on time. In close coordination with sales, presales, specialist departments, law and finance, you develop tailor-made offers that optimally represent the added value and IT competence of DATAGROUP You coordinate the internal release processes and ensure that all relevant stakeholders are involved early You will check all offer documents for completeness, accuracy of content and compliance with legal, technical and regulatory requirements You manage relevant tendering platforms and make sure that portfolio-relevant tenderings enter the specialist teams

Completed training in the technical or commercial field or completed studies in business management or (economic) computer science Know-how in bid management or processing of complex tenders Ideal experience in IT services, managed services, software or system integration Secure handling of MS Office (especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Experience with various tendering portals of advantage Impressed organizational skills and a high degree of self-employment, sense of responsibility and quality awareness Experience in the tendering process of contracting authorities Analytical thinking capacity to evaluate customer requirements, market trends and write-off data Team skills, initiative and fun at work in a dynamic and project-driven environment Communication strength as well as the ability to understand complex technical content
