Dual students in the field of industrial business management combine business principles with practical insights into an industrial company. During your 3-year study, you will learn about the commercial processes of our company. You run through various departments, work actively with and learn how shopping, sales, human resources and finance work together. You will learn to understand business relationships and to help shape processes. Here you can see everything at a glance: Theory and Practice in one! In the three-month rhythm, you change between the DHBW in Mannheim, where you acquire the theoretical foundations and our headquarters in Mannheim-Friedrichsfeld for your practice assignments

In the practical phases, you will run all relevant commercial departments such as purchasing, sales, finance, human resources or logistics/supply chain management

You’re working on exciting projects within the specialist departments and supporting day-to-day business – you’re part of the team from the outset and are actively working with you! In the case of the varied fields of activity, responsibility is assumed from the outset

After 3 years you complete your Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)
