Technical expertise meets sales - design Actively support customer solutions You combine technical understanding with sales strength and want to not only serve customers, but to inspire them in the long term? Then you will find an exciting position at the interface between engineering, sales and product development. In this role, you support innovative customer projects from initial technical advice to series maturity and at the same time actively promote the expansion of new business areas - especially in future-oriented applications and technologies Your duties Technical advice and support for national and international existing customers Active expansion of the customer portfolio as well as targeted new customer acquisitions in existing and new market segments Distribution of standard and special solutions in demanding technical applications Building and further development of long-term customer relationships Responsibility for sales-relevant KPIs and implementation of defined sales and growth targets Accompanying customer projects across the entire product development process - from the concept phase to series maturity Close cooperation with development, production and project management for optimal implementation of customer-specific solutions Identification of new market potentials and business opportunities, in the automotive and industrial environment Analysis of market and competition developments and the derivation of appropriate sales measures Assessment and interpretation of test results and technical test data Presentation of technical solutions to the customer and participation in customer appointments and specialist events

Successfully completed studies, for example, in industrial engineering, vehicle engineering or mechanical engineering, or comparable training Multiannual professional experience in technical sales, application engineering or in a comparable customer-oriented function of a manufacturing company Embossed technical understanding and enthusiasm for sales-related tasks Experience in handling customer projects and technical products Secure handling of MS Office as well as ideal SAP knowledge Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing Communication strength, negotiation skills and high customer orientation Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation High national and international readiness
