• You are the friendly voice on the phone and the inviting face that visitors receive • You support the team in organizational and administrative tasks, in particular in insurance-specific topics • You advise our customers professionally and competently in insurance matters • You take care of the processing of damages, the care of customer files and the creation of offers • You make sure everything goes smoothly in the office, from the mail to the order of office material • You are the good soul that always has an open ear and solves small everyday problems

• You are a learned or unlearned insurance businesswoman (m/w/d), but with several years of professional experience in insurance and have a basic savings knowledge in the various insurance areas. You're from another industry?
