Student Employee – Order Processing, Export, and Master Data Management (m/f/d)

As a working student – order processing, export & master data management (m/w/d), you support our supply chain and export operations team in the daily order processing, the export-relevant classification of our products and the maintenance and improvement of master data. You work closely with colleagues from order processing, export, logistics, product management and engineering and gain practical insights into the operational processes behind our advanced drone systems.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

You support our Order Processing and Export Managers in day-to-day business, documentation and tracking open topics.

You work into our product portfolio and support the export-relevant product classification.

Applications for operations at the Bafa via the ElanK2 or Customs Portal (AZG/ vZTA)

You help in creating, maintaining and continuously improving master files.

You collect, structure and check product, customs and export relevant information.

You support the documentation and follow-up of topics in tools like Jira, Confluence and MS Office.

You identify inconsistencies in data, support the improvement of data quality and contribute to process optimization.

What you bring to the team:

You are currently studying International Commercial Law, Business Law, Business Law, International Business Law, Customs, Tax and External Economic Law, Master of Customs, Taxation and International Trade Law, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a comparable degree program.

You speak fluently German and communicate safely, precisely and professionally with internal stakeholders.

Good knowledge of English is advantageous, especially for work with documentation, systems and international concepts.

You have a quick understanding of new topics and are interested in technical products, operational processes and export and customs issues.

You work structured, reliable and detailed.

You are open, communicative and actively approach colleagues from different disciplines.

You have experience with MS Office, especially Excel; first knowledge in Jira, Confluence or ERP systems are a plus.

You work autonomously, take responsibility for your tasks and ask specifically if information is missing.
