the rental of our apartments, commercial units, pitches and garages, the implementation of housing advances and the commissioning of maintenance work in the case of leases; the advice of our customers, the correspondence with tenants and tenant representatives as well as the processing of complaints, our representation in tenant councils and at tenant meetings, maintenance of master data and control of the budget.

with a completed training as a real estate businessman, with experience in housing and active customer management, with comprehensive knowledge in MS Office and first experiences with SAP and Doku@Web, with technical understanding, if for you entrepreneurial thinking, self-management, willingness to learn and service orientation with high target or solution orientation are of course, if organisational and innovation skills as well as team, conflict, communication and feedback skills complete your profile.
