That's what you bring

• A completed training or study in the social field (e.g. social education, social work, education, medical education, etc.).
• Pleasure of real relationship work and desire to engage in different people.
• Openness, resilience and ability to rest even in challenging situations.
• Experience in youth or integration aid is desirable - but not necessarily necessary.
