With your binding and responsible way, you take on the professional and disciplinary personnel responsibility for currently 6 employees. You coordinate cooperation between contractors, internal services and your own employees. In addition, the preparation and monitoring of cleaning work by contracted service providers as well as the incorporation and management of foreign companies are on your agenda. It is obvious that you will ensure the non-contractual and qualitative performance on the basis of the service description. We also know the acceptance, reporting and auditing of the agreed services, including order processing, in your best hands. The creation and updating of service descriptions for service providers, as well as the participation in the award and organisation of the winter service are your tasks. In addition, graffiti removal, green area care and pest control are part of your task. Last, but not least, you will take part in the service after a comprehensive introduction.

You have a completed study in the field of building management or a comparable qualification with corresponding knowledge in cleaning and hygiene management. This is complemented by sound expertise in object and building cleaning – technical and disciplinary leadership experience is a clear plus. In MS Office you are extremely migrated - you are also familiar with the German language in word and writing. You will also bring a class B guide and technical understanding. At a personal level, you score with communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility and economic thinking and structured action.
