Head of HR (m/f/d)

This role is not aimed at classic HR profiles. Special to leaders who understand: You design and control the entire HR strategy of the CHI Group – from recruiting to organisational development. You define and are responsible for the people & culture agenda of a growing international company. You lead, demand and develop your HR team – clear in line, fair in dealing, high in demand. You enable structures, growth, quality and agility. You are Sparringspartner*in the management and not vicarious agents. As a voice with substance shaped by your competence, put impulses, take attitude and prepare decisions that are groundbreaking. You professionalize and digitize HR processes pragmatically – not for the sake of the tools, but for effect, so that efficiency, transparency and sustainability are created. You build structures that allow performance instead of braking them. You actively shape a corporate culture in which responsibility, trust and result orientation belong together. You think in solutions and contexts: whether personal planning, labour law, employee retention or changes – you keep an overview. You design programs for employee integration, executive, talent and succession concepts that have an inventory and really work. You manage labour law topics souvenirfully and solution-oriented. You shape corporate culture, create clarity, strengthen communication and provide a modern employee experience. And above all, You act proactively, reflected and with fingertip feeling. An experienced HR leadership personality with real leadership A completed study or a comparable qualification – however, our personality and professional claim are more important. Multiannual, relevant experience in a leading HR function – ideally in the middle class, operating environment in logistics, industry or another dynamic environment Impressed communication strength in German and English (safe for negotiation) Sovereignty, empathy, decision-making strength and discretion A deep understanding of modern HR work, labour law, HR systems and digitalization Sovereign in Labour Law, safe in HR systems, clear in communication Analytical, empathic, decision-making Leadership, pragmatism and joy in driving things forward A very good and fine feeling for people, situations, dynamics and intermediate tones And above all: attitude
