Introduction We are looking for a qualified design mechanic for our customers Welder for machining stainless steel components. The focus of the activity is on the processing of thin sheets.

Tasks Your tasks:

• Welding of stainless steel: performing welding work on thin-walled components, partly with material thicknesses of about 0.5 mm.
• Work according to drawing: independent reading and implementation of technical drawings and design plans.
• Preparation: stapling and alignment of the components while maintaining low tolerances.
• Quality control: inspection of weld seams and control of dimensional accuracy and material distortion.

Requirements Requirements profile:

• Qualification: Complete training in the metal sector (e.g. construction mechanics, metal builders) or comparable qualification with well-founded welding practice.
• Expertise: Safe handling of stainless steel thin sheet. The control of the corresponding welding methods (WIG) with low material thicknesses is assumed.
• Reading technical documents: Routinized application of construction drawings.
• Mobility: A separate car is required to reach the workstation.
• Operation: High precision, reliability and a pronounced quality awareness. Framework conditions:
• Working time: The activity takes place exclusively in the early shift.
