• Cost, timing and risk management of planning and construction processes

• Creation and updating of complex schedules and the Project guides

• Analysis and creation of target/actual comparisons, collection of Benefits in the cost and schedule and participation in the Development of counter-control measures and to develop Scenarios for target risk

• ensuring an integrated time, cost, quality and Performance control according to the contractually fixed project objectives both internally and in the direction of contractors and Third

• Fungieren as consultant of the project manager, incl. coordination internal and external project participants

• Focus on project objectives and control their compliance terminological and economic aspects

• Development of deviation analyses, scenarios and Countercontrol measures

• Higher education, preferably as a civil engineer, Industrial engineer or similar, alternatively an equivalent Qualification with sound knowledge from a relevant Activity

• Knowledge and experience in project management and project management of infrastructure projects

• Ideally, the first experience in projects in which planned and built

• Works in handling application-related software, e.g. MS Project and MS Office
