Operating expenses in full time or part-time.

Creating and testing operating costs Creating and checking additional cost accounting Design of leases Examination and monitoring of lease contracts (periods, etc.) Contact persons for our operating areas (especially as an interface to accounting), tenants and house administrations general commercial and organizational tasks

a completed training in the real estate sector (e.g. as a real estate businessman/wife) Experience in the field of cost accounting and house management good knowledge of Office an accurate and careful procedure a pronounced communication strength a creative, solution-oriented and independent way of working a high level of reliability and team capability
