You are the central contact person for all departments related to our ERP systems Analyze and classify support requests, solve problems independently or in close cooperation with our internal IT team and departments You accompany process changes and support system tests, updates and rollouts You document solutions, develop our knowledge database and thus ensure smooth ERP operation With your ideas, you bring optimizations into daily work You support projects to further develop our ERP system and work actively with key users and external partners

A completed training in the IT or commercial sector – e.g. as a specialist informant, IT salesman or a comparable qualification First to multi-year experience in working with ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (or a comparable solution) Good understanding of operational processes – you think in processes, not only in tickets Joy to support users, explain things and find solutions together Team spirit, communication strength and desire to take responsibility Good knowledge of German in Word and Writing – English knowledge is advantageous
