In order to strengthen our team of Schleswig-Holstein Netz GmbH, we are looking for a commercial specialist for team organization (m/w/d)* as soon as possible until 31.12.2027.

You take care of the in- and external correspondence, prepare meetings and get involved in planning events. You warmly receive internal and external guests - personally, by phone and e-mail. You support our employees in working time recording in SAP and support the organization of long-term business trips. You coordinate our CRM system at the location and represent other locations (virtually). You keep an overview of the office material and keep it up.

You have a completed commercial training (e.g. Kaufmann/Kauffrau für Büromanagement, Industriekaufmann/-frau, etc.). Ideally, you bring first energy knowledge. You work reliably, carefully and structured - and keeps quiet even in stressful moments. Dealing with IT systems is fun - MS Office is self-evident for you, SAP knowledge is a plus. You are thinking, questioning processes, and you like to introduce your own ideas for digitalization and simplification. You appear friendly, service-oriented and professional - and have the pleasure of supporting others and moving something together.
