Your tasks

• You design and conduct practical training on Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Meet, etc.) for different target groups – from beginners to experts
• Be creative and develop innovative training materials, from presentations to video tutorials, and introduce your own didactic ideas
• Support our users on all questions about Google Workspace and offer individual coaching
• Analyze the training needs and advise on optimal usage scenarios and best practices
• Design the change and accompany the introduction of new functions and promote the acceptance of Google Workspace
• Get feedback, analyze the training success and continuously optimize your training
• Learn about new Google Workspace features and integrate them into your trainings

Your profile

• You have excellent knowledge of the entire Google Workspace panel with the appropriate certifications
• You are a passionate trainer with experience in blended learning and have the ability to convey complex facts in a comprehensible, concise and inspiring way
• Ideally experience in designing and implementing IT trainings (Google Workspace)
• You communicate clearly and according to target groups in German and English
• You have an independent and structured way of working and are multitasking
• You like to work in the team and have a strong customer orientation
• You are ready to travel within Germany and the EU
