take responsibility for a modern transporter and passenger car fleet of around 500 vehicles and keep an overview foreseeable and analytical planning: from vehicle requirements to new orders to the ideal exchange time Show organizational talent – for onboardings, leases or repair processes to let numbers speak, to control processes after clear KPIs and to keep the costs in mind with data-based decisions to lead a two-headed team, develop and jointly ensure the best service for our technician:

commercial training or study, ideally with technical understanding at least 5 years of experience in fleet management – including safe knowledge in leasing, rent, service and repair processes pronounced analytical skills with safe handling in the interpretation of KPIs and economic indicators high organisational capacity as well as the ability to plan structured, prioritize tasks and keep track of dynamic situations Experience in the leadership of small teams, combined with clear, respectful communication – both internally and externally, in German and English (mind.
