You are the central contact person for selected international customers and are developing the cooperation strategically. You recognize customer potential, identify growth opportunities and implement new services, projects and performance models. You negotiate framework and project contracts with international business partners You are responsible for strategic business development for your accounts and driving sustainable growth. You analyze market and industry trends and guide customer-oriented solutions and strategies. You develop innovative concepts, e.g. in the fields of automation, sustainability or value added services. You coordinate internal stakeholders from operations, IT and other fields and ensure smooth implementation. You represent FIEGE sovereignly at decision-making level and shape long-term partnerships.

You have several years of experience in key account management or business development, ideally in contract logistics or in the large-scale e-commerce logistics environment. You understand customer needs, build trusted relationships and develop them strategically. You will certainly appear at all levels and convince by clear communication and negotiation skills. You think analytically and strategically and take concrete measures from market and trend analyses. You work in a solution-oriented manner, always keeps an eye on economics and customer benefits. You bring a high degree of self-initiative, willingness to design and strength of enforcement. You're safe to move in the international environment. You communicate in English (must-have); German knowledge is advantageous, but no need.
