Working Student Process Management & Digitization (m/f/d)

You don't just want to go along, you want to actively shape it? With us you work directly on the further development of our end-to-end processes – from the structured process description to the concrete implementation and digitization. You will get deep insights into operational business processes and help to make concepts working, scalable solutions. Celstor GmbH is a young, dynamically growing company in the field of large-scale battery storage solutions (BESS), which play a key role in the energy transition and future network stability. Detailedization and Operationalization of Processes Development of Existing Process Models (according to the Definition) deriving concrete measures, steps and responsibilities

Digital implementation of processes mapping and maintaining processes in tools such as monday.com or comparable workflow/project management systems Construction of checklists, status logics, milestones and dependencies

Support of the departments Enge cooperation with employees to create: work instructions Checklists Role and responsibility descriptions

Translation of technical knowledge into clear, structured documentation

Process- & KPI-Association Support for transparency on progress, quality and open points

Digitization & AI (optional but welcome) Use of AI tools to support documentation, analysis or structuring Thinking about automation and optimization potentials
