Your tasks: Professional and disciplinary responsibility for Rewards Data Advising national and international companies in Rewards Solutions with a focus on Data Solutions Responsibility and control of complex Rewards projects and strategies Interface management of the DACH region and promotion of supra-regional cooperation Initiating growth activities and coordination and monitoring of stock/new business Thought Leadership and Improvement of Aon Brand Awareness Identification of potential for improvement in terms of effectiveness and customer satisfaction Optimization of process sequences, control and control for compliance with processes/processes Coordination and adjustment of forecasts and budgets for the overall area Your profile: Complete study of economics, ideally with HR focus or comparable training Multiannual professional experience in Compensation, Rewards and Executive Compensation Rewards Data or comparable sales experience Good business understanding Very good ability to manage employees Embossed ability to think and act strategically and multidimensionally Strong persuasiveness, argumentation and consulting strength plus internal and external interlocutors at the most demanding level Experience in the coordination of groups and complex interfaces Experience in project management Presentation security Very good German and negotiated English skills in word and writing Good MS Office knowledge We offer you: Flexible working time design through sliding time and our modern concept for mobile work 30 days per year, in addition 24. and 31.
