TÜV Rheinland CERT GmbH (CERT), part of the TÜV Rheinland People & Business Assurance division, stands for the highest level of competence and quality in the auditing & certification of companies according to the standard management system standards such as 9001 & 14001 but also in-house standards or special standards such as IATF or AZAV. As a specialist*in for the AZAV carrier and measure registration, you will examine and process applications for the approval of measures in accordance with the AZAV (Accreditation and Approval Regulation for Employment Promotion) and SGB III and ensure compliance with legal requirements. You process certification processes in the carrier and measure area according to AZAV including the final decision. This includes carrying out application checks under the AZAV authorisations (including documentation analysis, evaluation and decision preparation). You are responsible for the independent examination and evaluation of educational activities in the field of activation and professional training. There is close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders such as authorities, educational institutions and cooperation partners. You process customer requests, including solution-oriented advice and problem solution. Your task also includes documentation and quality assurance of all processes.

Completed vocational training or university studies primarily in the field of education (e.g. social work, education...) Professional experience in an educational organisation, an employment agency/job centre or ideally at a certification body Comprehensive knowledge of AZAV, the SGB III, the recommendations of the Advisory Council and the six departments of AZAV Safe handling of databases and digital systems Embossed customer orientation, high performance, motivation and loadability German language skills Embossed service orientation and enforcement
