In this position you take responsibility for your team, your customers and the economic success of your store. Team Leadership & Inspiration: You lead their team with passion and promote individual strengths Budget responsibility: Planning and compliance with revenue and cost budgets. Application planning: Design of the service plans taking into account frequency peaks and event times Stylish advice: You and your team are thrilling our customers: You have a high-quality, individual advice and make every visit an experience. Relationship Management: With our CRM system, you actively maintain your regularity and build sustainable customer relationships. On-site brand ambassadors: You perfectly stage our visual merchandising and strengthen our local presence through events, networking and cooperation. Business activities: You control their store using KPIs and drive sales targets actively. Structured process management: You take over organization as well as goods management (Navision) and back office tasks with professionalism and efficiency.

Positive, communication-strong personality, empathic and sovereign in appearance Multiannual experience in retail – ideal in premium or luxury segments Commercial training or comparable background Leadership experience with an appreciation, motivating leadership style Passion for people, service and stylish products Entrepreneurial thinking, hand-on mentality and clear target orientation Affinity for IT and safe handling of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) Very good knowledge of German in word and writing as well as a well-kept appearance
