We – Apleona GmbH – are looking for Microsoft Power Platform Specialist (w/m/d) - JobID 25754 in Berlin or Birkenwerder As a Power Platform Specialist (w/m/d), you play a central role in the stable, secure and governance-compliant operation of Microsoft Power Platform within our company. You provide the company-wide framework for low-code/no-code solutions and work closely with IT, security, compliance and the specialist areas.

Administration and operation of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, Power BI) Management and further development of the environment and authorization strategy Definition, implementation and monitoring of DLP policies and safety requirements Operation and further development of the Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Monitoring of usage, capacity, licensing and compliance Establishing and operating lifecycle processes (Owner-Checks, Orphaned Apps/Flows, Cleanup) Support of ALM Concepts (Solutions, Pipelines, DevOps) Advice and enablement of Makers as well as support in onboarding the departments Cooperation with internal and external stakeholders

Complete study of (economic) informatics or comparable training Multiannual professional experience in Microsoft Power Platform administration Power Platform Admin Center, Dataverse, DLP Concepts, Security Design, Entra ID / Azure AD, Role and Permission Concepts Experience in building or operating a Power Platform CoE Good understanding of governance, compliance and audit requirements Experience with ALM approaches for Power Apps and Power Automates (Solutions, Dev/Test/Prod) Structured, binding and documenting mode of operation Very good German and good English skills
