BIM Manager / Overall Coordinator (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team we are looking for a location in Ludwigshafen am Rhein or Frankfurt BIM Manager (m/w/d)

Development of BIM projects with work on collaboration platforms, model testing and collision control Developing and developing office standards, processes and 4D and 5D content Examination of BIM-compliant overall models and coordination of BIM project participants and model-based cooperation in all phases of performance Creating, evaluating, implementing and further developing the BIM processing plan

You have a degree as a Bachelor, Diplomingenieur/-in or Master in Architecture or Civil Engineering, optionally a further education towards BIM Management You have at least 3 years of professional experience in the construction industry with project management competence You have relevant experience in the development, planning and implementation of larger construction projects using BIM You have a communicative appearance and work structured with great commitment You have very good knowledge of common BIM tools (preferably Allplan, Revit, Solibri, Revisto, BIM30 etc.) and a general technical affinity You have experience in the development of BIM projects and have been working with design, model testing and collaboration in terms of BIM management or BIM (total) coordination You have realized that BIM is the future of planning processes You like to travel and want to work with an interdisciplinary team
