Head of building technology m/w/d Location: Berlin Charlottenburg Reference number: 2025-0105 Working time: Full time

Professional and disciplinary leadership of the team in the object Ensuring the technically perfect condition of the object Planning and control of repair work, rebuilding measures and modernization in private and foreign services Creation of repair orders with material procurement and subsequent tracking Performance reductions and controls in rebuilding measures Monitoring and production of road safety Instruction and supervision of external service providers with regard to operational safety regulations Compilation of monthly reports on activities carried out (maintenance, repairs, audits, deficiencies and deficiencies and special events)

Technical training, e.g. as an electronics engineer or plant mechanic with training as a master or studies in the field of electrical engineering, supply technology, TGA or facility management At least 2 years of professional experience Very good knowledge of German in word and writing | min.
