You operate at our site in Teterow - near Rostock - in the “Microbial Products” department. Here you work in the GMP-compliant production of recombinant proteins for therapeutic purposes. A diverse range of tasks awaits you with the opportunity to participate in the development and implementation of innovative therapies for the treatment of cancer and autoimmune diseases. You take care of the production of bacterial cell banks, the cultivation of host cells, cell cultivation and production of target proteins in bioreactors. In addition, isolate the target proteins from the host cells using various methods. You carry out the manufacturing processes in the clean room and document everything conscientiously. Make sure that the production of proteins meets the GMP guidelines. The implementation of process-accompanying analytics and their evaluation are also part of your diverse range of tasks. Since you are involved in the production of products with strict regulations, the creation and maintenance of GMP documentation is an important part of your work. You contribute to the continuous improvement of production processes and also accompany the transfer of processes from research and development to regular production.

You have completed vocational training in the scientific field, e.g. a biology laboratory, BTA, CTA or MTA, or a scientific bachelor's degree, and have a strong technical understanding. Ideally, you have already gained first experience in the field of bacterial expression of recombinant proteins, preferably in the bioreactor, and master the necessary molecular biological techniques. You are highly motivated to produce products in the clean room in our constantly growing company and thus to support our customers in the best possible way. You convince us through organizational talent, team skills and conceptual and solution-oriented thinking. A structured and conscientious way of working distinguishes you as well as a pronounced quality awareness. A safe handling of MS Office programs as well as fluent German and English knowledge in word and writing complete your profile.
