We are looking for you (m/w/d) Technical Service for support in our service team of our subsidiary Scheidt & Bachmann Parking Solutions Germany GmbH at the site Südwest.

You burn for the service business? You check and evaluate incoming service orders and prioritise incoming service requirements. With your know-how, you carry out a technical evaluation of all incoming service orders and take over the deployment and material planning. You manage the disposition of spare parts, plan and schedule our service technicians (m/w/d), control all internal and external deadlines and thus ensure the efficient handling of all aftersales orders. Your Hands-on mentality is yours? In our Service Management tool (ServiceNow), you accept customer requests, collect these, first structured work orders and prioritise in-depth requirements. Teamwork is not a foreign word for you? As a central interface, you stand in regular direct customer contact and agree closely with sales, spare parts, aftersales and other contact persons.

Completed technical or commercial training with a very good technical understanding (e.g. office merchants, mechatronics engineers, electronics engineers (m/w/d)) First professional experience in the technical service / customer service or as assistance Secure handling of ERP systems and MS Office Technology affinity High communication capability in a dynamic environment Valid work permit for the EU
