The county church office for the Ev. church districts Hagen, Hattingen-Witten and Schwelm is the central administration of the three Ev. Church circles with their total of 2 total associations, 22 cemeteries, 37 parishes, 62 day facilities for children and approx. For the real estate management department we are looking for one/one from 01.01.2026 in full time (39,00 hours)

Consultation of ecclesiastical bodies: You contribute to the strategic, legal and economic advice of our ecclesiastical bodies in all property matters – from stock development to the co-design of usage concepts for land and buildings. Representation of religious interests: You implement ecclesiastical interests in the property of third parties, including through the registration of basic rights and/or building charges for the benefit of the ecclesiastical bodies. Agreements with the Landeskirchenamt: In special cases, you agree to draft contracts prior to signing with the Landeskirchenamt as an approval authority to ensure an early approval perspective. Energy Framework Contracts: You prepare framework contracts for the supply of electricity and gas and provide support for their completion for all ecclesiastical bodies. Marketing of ecclesiastical properties: You take over the marketing of basic ecclesiastical assets, from assessment to negotiation, to contract processing and project management. Construction planning: You are actively involved and in coordination with the technical field “Technology” in procedures of construction planning and represent the interests of the relevant church legal entities to municipalities and planning authorities.

Your training as a real estate businessman or a comparable qualification forms the basis of your technical expertise – ideally complemented by a further education on the real estate industry (m/w/d). You bring well-founded knowledge in property, inheritance and public building law. Through your previous activity, you have gained experience in dealing with authorities, notaries, brokers and other actors in the real estate market. The safe handling of MS Office is part of everyday work for you, and you have a good technical understanding and commercial skills. In conversations and negotiations, you are confident and binding. Working independently is just as natural for you as a high degree of team capacity and service orientation.
