Content and campaigns: You design accurate campaign and corporate content for different target groups on channels such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and Co. Reporting and Performance: You are responsible for the social media reporting, keep the performance of the content in mind and guide action recommendations together with the disciplines. Community Management: You support the community management in close coordination with the social media collegiate:inside and relevant internal interfaces. Advice and target group development: You advise internal areas of expertise in developing new target groups and develop social media concepts together. International support and social commerce: You support international branches in social media activities and social commerce campaigns. AI and innovation: You test AI-based content workflows in the social media environment and identify efficiency and optimization potentials.

You bring a completed study in the field of media sciences, communication or a comparable further education focusing on online / digital marketing. You have at least three years of professional experience in social media and community management. You bring a sovereign handling of social media management systems and work flexibly into new programs and tools. You have absolute legal certainty and an above-average quality awareness. You have an excellent sense of tonality by target groups and channels. Your English skills are very good and you have no fear of touch when speaking and writing in English. You are a strong team player (w/m/d) with a pronounced interface competence. Flexibility and hands-on mentality complete your profile.
