Junior Project Management Assistant in Plant Engineering (m/f/d)

As a project buyer (m/w/d), you are an important part of our project teams and support the project and construction management in the commercial execution of our construction projects. You will get a comprehensive insight into the project business and gradually take on your own commercial responsibility. Your tasks include: Support in the commercial handling and management of projects of different sizes Participation in the creation and testing of offers and commercial policy templates Preparation of initial invoices and support in monitoring and tracking open claims Support for commercial auditing and monitoring of contracts with contractors and suppliers Participation in the supervision of liquidity Support in the creation of monthly reporting in close coordination with the project and construction management Cooperation in project controlling, in particular for target-actual comparisons as well as cost and result analyses Support in identifying and evaluating economic opportunities and risks Participation in project-related risk, change and claim management Support for project management in contract and follow-up topics Care and ensuring a complete and transparent commercial project documentation Close cooperation with internal departments and commercial and technical project managers

Successfully completed business studies or completed commercial training, ideally related to the project or construction business First professional experience in the commercial sector is advantageous, but also dedicated professional beginners are welcome to us Interest in technical relationships and the willingness to work into our services and projects Analytical thinking and numerical affinity as well as a good commercial basic understanding First knowledge in the contract law and in the VOB are advantageous Interest in the topics project controlling, contract and follow-up management Safe handling of current MS Office applications, especially Excel Knowledge in MS Dynamics NAV (Navision) and Industry Software ProbauS are advantageous, but no requirement Structured, careful and reliable operation Communication strength, team spirit and willingness to actively contribute to our project teams Individual initiative, willingness to learn and awareness of responsibility Willingness to project-related travel
