Conception and optimization of online forms (Xima Formcycle) in coordination with specialist areas and further processing areas Independent development of form solutions for structured data and automation Implementation of functional requirements (e.g. data pre-occupancy, user management) and further development of the form solution Design of user-friendly end-to-end processes for our insured persons Coordination of requirements with internal departments and close cooperation with external service providers in implementation Additional support for the operation of the ePA, as well as participation in fault processing Coordination of ticket management and ensuring comprehensible processing and tracking Comparative preparation of changes and disturbances for participating areas

Completed studies (e.g. business, computer science, health science) or a comparable qualification or relevant experience in the digital environment digital process design, combining technical possibilities and user perspective; Experience in the GKV environment Experience in form management (e.g. Xima Formcycle), CMS systems or online services Basic knowledge of web technologies (e.g. JavaScript) or Ready-to-use Understanding digital processes and their further processing (e.g. data flows, interfaces) Experience in coordination with departments and cooperation with service providers and a strong team capability Structured, independent, proactive and solution-oriented working with pronounced communicative skills Basic understanding of the telematics infrastructure (e.g. in the context of ePA) or interest in incorporating into this field
