This is your job: agreement and coordination of customer appointments and internal appointments Creation of reports and evaluations telephone and personal customer contact as part of the following tasks: settlement of account management and payment transactions for natural and legal persons Mainly independent consulting and processing of the (credit) card service as well as the product offer in online banking, possibly in consultation with the customer-responsible consultant independent processing of business incidents, in particular opening and changes of customer rates and accounts for natural and legal persons incl. the collection of all persons and the independent investigation of the economic owner of legal persons Internal administration (including reception of customers, room planning and hosting of meetings and events)

You bring this with: completed bank or savings banks training or comparable commercial training The above-mentioned necessary qualifications can be replaced in individual cases by corresponding long-term practical experience in the field/area.
