You shape the everyday life of young people with structure, empathy and joy in life You accompany young people in busy life phases – and strengthen their resources You work closely with departments, authorities and families You develop creative leisure activities that promote encounter and community You continue to design concepts with your team, especially in the field of Inobhutnahme

You have a completed training (e.g. social education, social work, childhood education, educator:in) You burn for work with young people – with patience, respect and genuine interest You like to work in the team, are supportive and open to collegial exchange You are looking for solutions, even if situations become challenging You bring ideas, commitment and creativity for the further development with empathy, patience and a high level of responsibility
