About the position As Retail Manager (m/w/d), you are part of the retail management team and is responsible for managing and coordinating all operational activities and retail initiatives at Ingolstadt Village. The goal is to achieve the defined sales goals together and ensure an outstanding guest experience. Your tasks Your central tasks include: Ensuring the achievement of the predefined sales targets, implementing the retail strategy and ensuring excellent customer experience in the village Close cooperation with our brand partners and ensuring consistent, excellent implementation of all standards Support and advice of Store Managers in terms of profitable goods presentation, customer service and optimization potential Coordination and daily control of the store staff as well as programs and activities to ensure optimal inventory levels and a suitable assortment design at any time Creating and providing meaningful and timely management information including analyses – in the form of daily and weekly reports – to the Retail Director and/or Deputy Retail Director Close cooperation with the leasing and operations teams to smoothly implement programs and store openings and closures Coordination with the Learning & Development Team to analyze training needs and recommend suitable development programs for the store staff Introducing valuable insights to implement the retail strategy by analyzing fashion trends, customer behavior and relevant seasonal events Effective cooperation with leasing and operations teams to ensure highest customer satisfaction, compliance with all legal requirements and smooth operational coordination Close cooperation with Legal, Operations, Service Managers and Brands to conduct fire compliance checks and to ensure compliance with all policies and regulations in stores Active participation in retail and store manager meetings and ensuring the communication and implementation of the measures decided there Working in the retail and marketing teams to build retail calendars and key brand moments by providing relevant information to optimally support the entire business

Ideally, you have the following experiences and skills: Completed study or comparable qualification (required) Detectable experience in the international luxury retail industry, ideally in a department store environment Sovereign appearance at all hierarchical levels as well as customer contact, combined with creativity and openness for a dynamic, fast-paced environment Embossed Analytical Skills, Structured Operation and High View for Detail Strong customer orientation and a strong understanding of excellent service High emotional intelligence and self-reflection Safe handling of ambiguity and the ability to actively shape and influence changes in matrix organisations knowledge of German and English; further language skills are advantageous
